No and I wouldn't since the HD tuner and TTS allows you to adjust thottle blade connectivity as well.
You have to be careful setting the thottle blade 1 to 1 with the twist of the grip; it'll cause hestitation/flooding if your VE tables are not adjusted accordingly.
Get your bike tuned by a tuner that knows what he is doing and throttle lag is not an issue.

Now that is funny. Some of us live in no man's land when it comes to tuners. Closest one to me is about 2800 miles round trip. I actaully have some friends that traveled that far and bikes ran great after they were tuned but when got home not as crisp as when they left and not like you can just turn around and go back.
I don't really notice "throttle lag" on my bike, certainly not enough to shell out 220 bucks! I don't think my reaction time will suffer at the next stop light.
