Looking for something more interesting than what I have found the J&P catalogue and the HD website. I'm not wanting to spend $300 bucks, but want something that is a bit different, functional (aka sturdy) and isn't the same stuff you see on every other bike in town.
I had considered wrapping the stock one in black leather and putting new ends on it - just an idea.
Any recommendations of where to look for a "something different at a reasonable price" shift linkage?
I will probably fab my own. I am not into gawdy stuff on my bike. I do like the Battistini style levers and linkage. May just copy that idea and add a little to it to make it unique.
