Default Roll Off Switch Too Sensative

I installed braided cables on my '06 FLHX last winter when I replace the bars. The roll off switch in the new cable is very sensative and cancels the cruise to easily. Most of the time I am just resting my hand on the grip when it cancels. Anyone else have this issue and is there anything that can be done?

unplugg it and use the brakes to cancell the cruise.

I agree cruse control requires more slack in the throttle. I did the same thing the first time I had replaced cables on a bike with cruse I adjusted the cables to provide the least amount of slack and the cruse kept kicking off. Once more slack was put back in it wooked great.

I've had to return to the dealer a couple of times after a service to get the throttle cable loosened a bit because the cruise clicked off too easily. that's probably the case with yours.

Awesome advise guys. Don't know why I didn't think of that. I loosened it up a bit and NOW, just have to wait until it quites raining to check it out.

Thanks again, I am sure that will solve my issue.
