Default Ventless Lowers ?

Have an opurtunity to trade for a set of "older" ventless lowers. Not sure how old they are or what they look like. I had heard that the older ones do not have the gloveboxes in them. Any info on these and whether they will fit a SG or not. Just looking to run these over the winter so the ventless idea will not bother me. The person that has them travels alot and I do not see him often, just trying to get a little info to see if they are worth pursuing or not.

i have the ventless for my FLTR only ones available for the 2008 or older FLTR. they work great in the cold weather and rain. i did add glove boxes and after market vents. if you know the year and model they came off you do a parts search to see if the numbers for both bikes are the same or if you know the person ask him if you can see if they will mount on your bike correctly.

Interesting. I did not know you could add the glove boxes separately. If I may ask how expensive are the gloveboxes ?

58683-89B, 58684-89B. Left and right sides. About 135 bucks each from the discounters.

mine are ventless but i do not take them off on summer. You will apppreciate them when you ride all day long or with rain.
If they came from an Ultra, they'll have gloveboxes
