Been through a few mishaps with adjusters. Document EVERYTHING with pictures, receipts, emails everything. They will wear you down. Don't give in. You have another bike to ride for now. Make sure it's perfect before you accept it back. Once you take it, it's yours.

Who said he couldn't be mad??? I'd be upset too, but in perspective I'd rather loose my Harley then my family, guess I'mlogical that way.
Sorry to hear about your misfortune. On my move from VA to MT I helped the guys actually load and tie down my bike, they didn't have a clue what they were doing. Fortunately, it arrived without a scratch. Hopefully the movers will pay for all the damage, and you'll be as good as new. But it is frustrating! I feel your pain.....
