Anyone running these new Rineharts yet. The rear pipe comes out on the left like they use to. Wonder how they sound and if they are the step design pipe or the 1 3/4 pipe?
I'm pretty sure I'm ordering a set tomorrow with the 3.5" slip ons. I liked Rineharts but didn't care for the Xtreme routing so glad to have an option and glad I waited. Calling Fuelmoto in the morning to see if they have them available and will pull the trigger if they do. Will probably be a couple weeks before I get them on but will let you know and try to post a video.
I have been watching Rineharts website but havent been able to find them. Ive seen their adds in the MC mags. Much better look than the new set they came out with. Opinions are like A**holes though.
I do not know much about them but you do know why Harley and other motorcycles have the two into two or two into one? It is to help evacuate the lingering exhaust around the exhaust port after the exhaust valve closes. When the exhaust valve opens on the opposite cylinder it helps suck the exhaust for the cylinder with the closed valve to keep from sucking in burnt gasses when the exhausts valve opens again.

They are on the Rinehart website now. I have a set ordered with the 4" mufflers. They haven't started shipping yet. Claim to be shipping next week.
Ordered and paid for these classic true duels over month ago and keep getting told "should be ready in 7 to 10 days" for the past 3 weeks.. My patience is growing thin while my brand new bike sits in the garage unridden.

I pre-ordered mine in February. Told they were going to ship out on the first week in March in time for Daytona Bike Week. Still waiting. Every week I call and am told they will ship the following week. Was told last time that they only had one port for the O2 sensors and had to do some re-machining for the 09-10 models. Once again was told that they should be shipping this week. Rinehart customer service dept needs a lot of help. The ladies that answer the phones sound like the whole thing is a joke. Did talk to a fellow named Jonathan a week and a half ago. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Again, said they should be shipping this week. Will see. This will be my second set of Rineharts and I will look the market over very carefully before ordering from them again unless they get their act together. I've had an issue with Wheeldock and Covington's Cycle City, and had my questions addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. Will not hesitate to order from either one of them again. No matter what product you sell, you had better have a good customer service dept or it could be your downfall.
Its funny that you say Jonathon gave you some promising news, he did me also!! Unfortunately he no longer works for the company cuz i was communicating with him also. I called up 2 weeks to speak to him and the girl that answers the phone told me he is done with the company. So that leads me to speaking with Joe from the sales dept who has told me for the past two week 7 to 10 days they will be out the door to you. So I called again this morning (4/25) and he assured me that he was told the pipes will be shipping by wednesday I should have them by saturday. I asked him to send me a tracking number when they go out. I asked him for his word that they would be going out and he said I can't do that. I ended with, if my pipes aren't shipped my next monday I will be asking for my $1100's back. I am not impressed with the lack of communication and the oh well attitude.
