I am putting my bike back together after being painted, while apart I installed the Yaffe Monkey bars and ran the wires internally,I've plugged everything back and just installed the inner fairing, if I turn the ignition switch to on and turn the throttle should my trap on the EFI system be working ? I turned the bike on (I can't crank it the tank is not on yet) and turn the throttle and don't hearing anything moving , is this normal ? Trying to double check before putting the fairing back on THANKS

 

Yes, I did the same thing.The valve doesnt move by turning the throttle and key on. I think it needs to see crank sensor and rpm first as input

bagger 76 is correct. I had the same concern when I did mine.

 

Guess I took the cross my fingers approach, I started it up and twisted the throttle and yes I had everything back together properly.
