Mounting Torque for Shocks

Have ordered a set of Progressive 440 HD shocks for my 2007 Road King Classic. Needing help with the torque to be used in mounting these shocks

Stock shocks call for top bolt @ 33-35 ft-lbs and lower bolt @ 35-40 ft-lbs.
