Just traded off my 09 Fatboy for a Limited and wow is all I can say. For a bigger heavier bike that thing sure handles well. I rode it home from the dealer yesterday 170 miles and only missed the Fatboy until I got out of the parking lot. I think the dealer treated my very well on the trade and the wife is happy also. Color is Red Sunglow and Merlot
Well I guess I said that because some of the softies crowd think it is wrong to go with a bagger. If the funds were there I would of just kept the Fatboy and had two bikes but I think one would have not been used much.
Congrats. You won't be disappointed. My buddy did a similar thing last year...traded in his '10 Fatboy for a '10 Street Glide. He's very happy to say the least!
Anyone know if the Harley brand LED headlamp I had purchased for the Fatboy will work on the Limited? Might have to see if they will take it back or exchange if it will not fit.
You say that you're "coming over to the dark side" but yet you didn't get a black bike, you traded one though it appears from your avatar.
Are you saying that baggers are on the dark side?
Is that what you mean?
Everybody thinks their bike model is "The Dark Side".
When I traded my Fat Boy for a Street Glide
all the guys on the Softail forum said I was leaving the Dark Side
and all the guys on the Touring forum said welcome to the Dark Side.
