Default Performance Machine Grips

Looking for new grips for my SG and considering PM Contour Renthal Wrapped Grips or the Elite Grips. Just wondering what the difference is between the two or anyone with either of these grips to give me feedback on them.

I recently installed the black PM Coutour / Renthal grips on my SG and really like them. The Renthal grip is really tacky to the touch and even more so with gloves. A big plus for me is that they seem to have a slightly smaller diameter which works good for my short fat fingers. They are definitely a quality product and priced accordingly but well worth the cost in my opinion.

Best Ive had, they are good if one has carpal tunnel, the smaller diameter is easy on the wrist

I have the PM Contour XL grips, in black. Really comfortable and quite tacky (in a good way).

Considered the new Get-a-Grips, but they were back-ordered for some time. Patience is a virtue, but I don't have the time...

I've got the PM Renthal grips on the Ultra. Love them. Different than the ISO grips I see on most bikes, and with a little smaller diameter, easy to wrap a finger around them to guide the bars as you go down the highway. I can ride 12 hours with them, and not have hand fatigue like I've had with other grips after just a couple of hours.

+?? On the Contour grips. By far the best road bike grips I've ever used.
Perfect diameter and grips like glue. The Renthal rubber also adds a tiny bit of padding IMO.
Going on 3 seasons with mine. The rubber is getting worn where my palm hits, but I spun the rubber to the bottom - new grips!
Highly recommend!

I have the black PM Renthals, agree with Scorpion, best road bike grips made. Check e-bay, that's where I got mine for a semi-reasonable price.

The nice thing about the Performance Machine grips with renthal rubber is the rubber can be replaced with a new when needed. Most do not offer that, so when your grips wear you get to shell out for whole new grip. I think they are great grips and the price reflects the quality of them. Mine are the Roland Sands Trackers but they are the same except contrast cutting on them.
