Don't go for the test ride...Just order the tour pack and be done with it...She will like it!

She will really like the tour pak. I had a det. backrest for the first 4 years on my old RK and bought the det. tour pak for extra storage for a long bike trip. Once she rode with the tour pak, she refused to ride unless I put it on. My wife said the difference is lazy-boy vs. lawn chair. Its a great investiment, and well worth the money for your rider. When I started looking to buy a new bike, the only thing she cared about was that it had to have a tour pak.

I am truly sorry to hear this.

You MUST get the tourpak, and you MUST spend as much quality time with her as you can.

I watched a guy I knew go from being an athlete to chair ridden in 2-3 years, and 3-4 years later, he died. MS is plain evil.

Life is too short.....do as much as you can, while you can....Life takes no prisoners.

God bless, prayers sent for your wife, you, and your family.

My wife says riding on the back of our RGU is more comfortable than sitting on any of the funtiture in our house (and no, she does not want new furniture).
Be scared......

Old bike? It's a 2010!

Just order a tourpak and hardware. Much cheaper than the hit you will take on the trade and ititial depreciation. Good luck.

Perhaps you would prefer I use the description or term "present bike" instead of old....my fault, I'm sorry. RGU will have 103, dual exhaust and abs brakes, which the latter may save his life. Go for it if you want it and can afford it.

C'mon guys...we need political correctness here...it is not "old", we shall refer to her as "last years model"

and my "last years model" bike has ABS and dual exhaust (just didnt like the whole 2-1thing)...but she doesnt have a 103

If you ride the RGU you both will love it! If you really don't want to trade don't ride one.
