Default vibration

I just had a 95 big bore kit with Andrews TW 37 cams installed and when I got the bike back I noticed that on decel a vibration which is amplified when pulling the front brake and goes away when clutch is pulled. It only happens from 2300 down to 1800 rpms then bike is fine again. I thought it was the front motor mount, replaced still does it. Back mounts are good. Any help would be great, bye the way the bike is a 03 police road king. 95 kit 10.25 to 1 with tw37 cams true duals with Wild pig slip ons big sucker air cleaner power commander. Thanks again

How does it run? Thinkin about same combination. These bikes vibrate terrible anyway, that combination changed characristic of the motor.

Applying the front brake will translate more vibration to the rider no matter what mods or tune condition you have. Your quoted 18-2300 RPM is close to the range that these motors generate the most vibration. Make a comparision to pre-build conditions, does it vibrate worse than your stock motor. I did notice a gradual change in vibration as I was tuning my bike, the closer I got to a proper tune, the smoother it ran, and when a made changes in the wrong direction it would vibe like crazy. You'll never get rid of all the vibrations, the best defense to mitigate vibration is to true and balance the flywheel and rotating assembly. If you have confidence in the integrity of the build then look to the tune.

This build runs great tons of power even 2 up I am going to try playing with tune. It didn't have this when it was stock and I have confidence in the build. Thanks for the input

differences in compression between cylinders can cause a lot of shaking- head's cc'd? piston rings properly aligned and seated? rotating assembly ( as mentioned above), ignition system...
causes kind of go on and on.

Might be worth a chat with the builder, ask them to check their work, "is this within normal bounds".
That question when asked of someone proud of their work usually gets the proper attention.
sometimes, it's the riders perception too.
