Sounds like a good candidate for Andrews 21 or 26, or similar. I don't think you will achieve the ability to keep up with a sport bike and tow a trailer all in one build. You might have to make a compromise in your expectations.

Thumbs up

Ride wide open w/ your hair on fire??

If you don't...stay with a cam that comes on in the low rpm range.

I went with the Andrews 26s. Think about it... Where do you ride mostly? 2k-3.2k rpm. With the 21 or 26... it's already "there" when you twist it. The 37s have to "wind up" to get there (upper range.)

Been really pleased with my Andrews 26s.

Best of luck with your decision.

I just put a set of Bob Wood's TW-555's in my 2007 Road Kind Custom and absoloutley love them. Keeps on pulling all the way up through! I have Rinehart True Duals, Screamin Eagle race tuner and stage 1 air cleaner.

I'm not normally a huge fan of the SE255, but you can't argue with the large number of guys who are running that cam in their 96 touring bikes and loving it. I personally prefer a longer cam, but I'd have no hesitation putting the se255 in a 96. I've ridden that combination, and it actually works better than you'd guess just by looking at the cam card. And if you're carrying a heavy load or pulling a trailer, I don't think you can beat the 255.

My engine guy suggested the SE 211 cam. Since I don't do a lot of drag racing from the red lights these cams give me outstanding pulling power in the mid to upper rpm ranges.
