I have been reading some of the previous posts about highway pegs and mounts. I have also been looking at the pictures of them on the bikes although seldom any close ups. I'm on a 2010 King and and 5'10" so think I need them back towards me just a bit. Would love to see some close ups and hear what your favorite setups are.
Thanks
I'm a little taller than you at 6'3" so this probably won't help you so much but I have HD billet mounts and the Willie G pegs and I live them. I keep them about perpendicular to the engine guard on my SG. I do ride with a shorter guy who has the 360 mounts on his RKC and he seems to really love his!
I am also 5' 10" and have the short angled mounting kit . In the configuration I have in the picture they are pretty comfortable. I normally ride with my heel on the riding board and toes on the highway pegs.
I was just going to ask this same question! I'm 5'11 with a RK as well....
What advantage or difference does the one have over the other (short angle vs the 360)...I'd like the pegs to be sort of close as well...I have about a 32" inseam and don't want to be reaching for the pegs
Kuryakyn mounts & pegs here....360 degree rotation allows me
to adjust higher, lower, closer, or farther away.
I can ride with my feet on floorboards, feet on highway pegs, or
heels on floorboards and toes on highway pegs.
