I have had mine on since Oct last year, bout 9000 miles. I use whatever soap I wash the bike with that day. No scratches yet... I haven't had any problems with it and I am really happy with the style that I got too.

I have the 17" medium tint on my 2010 Road King and like it and have had no problems. I would buy another.

I love my Ultra shield, and their staff has been VERY responsive to both e-mail as well as on the phone. I don't do anything special for it when I wash the bike. I just ordered some Hawg Wings today, and I expect they will perform the same.

Got mine last year and it fit the Dragonfly fairing without issue. No scratches yet.

Too bad to hear about the bad customer service but, I ordered 1 for me and got it the next day. A buddy liked so much he had me order 1 for him, got it in 3 days. Won 1 on their Hoka Hey auction as a spare & got it the next day.

I haven't had much luck with the acrylic plastics in the past with windshields. Had scratch problems, cracks and pieces break off the sides. Maybe they are harder and more scratch resistant than the earlier ones used to be. Hope yours works out for you.

I have the LRS 9" Classic no problem with the fit and I like the way it performs on the road, I clean it with Sprayway window cleaner, been on for about 4000 miles.

I got the 19" medium tint on a Road King and its great! Had no problems with service as others have had with them and would recommend them to anybody. I have just used Pledge all Purpose cleaner and soap and water so far with no scratches using a microfiber cloth. It had a little piece of paper with it that said to not use window cleaner on them which I am guessing means to avoid ammonia. Any glass cleaner suitable for tinted windows that is ammonia free should be fine.
