I ordered a set from him in 2010. When they came, they had a bad chip in the chrome. I called him from south Carolina where I live, he said send them back and he would make ones. A month went by and I couldn't get him on the phone. I called and called over and over. I sent my Son who is a Marine in 29 Palms to go to his shop. He then called me ASAP. My son said that he had the bars right there in the shop. He had assistant problems. They are the ones who would answer the phone or call back all the time unless I sait I wanted to all to him. I got the bars and the had unclean welds near the bottom. Although they are good bars, he needs to check his business employees.i am thinking about buying a new set soon, but I will have to think good and hard before I buy from him again.
Im in NYC. He must be the best for people who can walk into his shop. Im not sending this dude any money if i cant see him face to face... His bars look awesome. If he has problems, maybe he should try the tv show "shark tank"..

I saw these bars at my local independent shop (Urban Custom Bikes in Fife, WA)
Was a little concerned after reading some of the comments here but after talking with the owner at Urban decided to take my chances on a pair of the 15" Cordovas.
Ordered them in raw steel in order to get them color matched to the bike.. these bars rock! Very comfortable, very distinctive look.
(not sure I would have ordered direct, but this worked out great)
