Jeepin, I bought my 09 E.G. from Wildfire last fall, got a great deal on the bike with only 3000mi. on it, PM me and I'll let you know who I delt with and details on my deal.

 

A few years back I bought a 07 with 3800 miles for $10,000 came with 90 day warranty purchased a 3 year warranty.Wish I could have kept it when I bought my electra glide it was a great bike.

 

Bought a used '09 police king and couldn't be happier. I also disagree with the $4,000. I'd bet people spend on average at least $3,000 on their non police bikes, and you'd be much further ahead...

 

You can get new police bikes but the warranty will start the day they were delivered to the dealer. I bought my 2007 FLHP with 2 miles on it in April 2008 the warranty ran out in May of 2009. My brother bought his 2009 FLHP with 119 miles on it in March 2011. The bike was sold as new but the warranty runs out in October 2012. We both got great deals on our bikes and would not trade them for civilian versions.

 

Well, looked at it tonight and it looked good. 6800 miles, black, and very clean. They came down to 12999 and would not budge. They actually offered us a fair deal on her trade in FXD so we walked out and told them where we wanted to be. We will see if they call tomorrow, if not she can keep riding the FXD.

Also, it has warranty until March of next year which i think is another plus.

 

Do a search for police seat mod on here, and I've posted somewhere how I moved the seat back on its frame. Huge help.
