I used the cut off allen to loosen the first 1/4 turn and to tighten the last 1/4 turn,and the ball allen to remove the rest of the way.Another option is a Chapman set, a small ratchet with interchangable bits,but it was in my tool box at work when I needed it.

I put hex heads with lockwashers on mine, just removed the heat shield to do so. Now I can get a 1/4' drive wobble socket on but they never got loose again. Locktite is good if you can get the holes clean enough.

Once you are on their home page just type "5530" into the search box, and it will bring up a page with this wrench listed as "Kastar Hand Tools 5530-Wrench, intake manifold"
