I am looking at an 2010 Ultra with a removable Tour Pak this what I have always wanted the best of both worlds. But the Radio Antenna is inside the Fairing the CB does not have one as of this point. I would not use the CB that much my riding Brother and I have a Sena 10 set up but I would like to be able to use it if I wanted. My question is what is out there that can give me a CB antenna that would go along with the clean lines of not have a Radio antenna showing? And also this Bike as a low profile Windshield like the Street Glide I am 6' 3" what is that going to do to me I have been riding a Softail with a 18" Windshield.
As Dawg mentioned, J&M offers an in-fairing CB antenna. I have had one installed for about two years and it works well; not as good as the OEM whip, but fine for group riding.
The only problem I had with the antenna was with the adhesive used for the plastic clips that secure the antenna (a relatively thin coated wire about 12" in length that is routed along the outside perimeter of the right side of the inner fairing). The adhesive would fail regularly allowing the clips to fall away from the inner fairing. I ended up securing the clips with 3M VHB (Very High Bond) double-sided tape and haven't had any issues with the clips.
I just completed a 1600 mile trip to D.C. for Rolling Thunder and at various times led, swept, or rode in the middle of our 11 bike group and the CB worked fine even when we became spread out on interstates, or during city riding inside D.C.

J&M has a hidden CB antenna kit that goes inside the fairing like the AM/FM antenna kit
I also have the J&M CB In-Fairing antenna in my Road Glide Fairing. I have had it for about 18 months. It does not have the range as the Stock antenna but it does get out for a couple of miles (when flat terrain). The J&M antenna also had a second input for the stock wire that comes in the fairing so you can still connect the antenna wire that runs to the rear. And I have not had any problems with the wire becoming unstuck.
get the harley antenna relocation kit, the in the fairing antenna sucks! i sent mine back!
The relocation Kit does work, but I found that the Antenna gets in the way when removing or replacing the Tour Pak. It was ok for the first few times, but got old after 20 times.
If you leave the Tour Pak on, or off most of the time, it is true. It is much easier to use the relocation kit than to put the antenna inside the fairing.
Thanks sorry I took so long to get back I still have not made my mind up, the bike looks good and only has 1800 mile on it(2010). But I just found out it does have ABS or Security I know that not a big deal but they are asking $21999 that is top of the line price not top of the line opions.
