I am considering installing the above mentioned handlebars on my 2010 Ultra Limited (FLHTK) which is equipped with ABS & heated grips. However, the catalog does not list the bars as fitting the FLHTK.
Have any of you installed these bars on the Limited? If so, are new lower brake lines required (the catalog calls for them on 2009 & later ABS)? Also, is there enough extra length on wires inside the handlebar or are new TBW and grip heating wires required?

Thanks in advance.
Installed a set on a '10 SG Friday, plus a set on my '09 SG last year...same set up as your limited.....rerouted the clutch cable inside the fairing and adjusted the brake line so it again sits near the handlebars. Loosen the banjo fitting slightly and turn the line until it's where you want it...Plenty of extra wire for the throttle. Not sure on the heated grips but there's probably plenty extra wire for those too....As far as the clutch cable, it's trial & error until you get it just right inside the fairing, using plastic zip ties to secure it so it doesn't rub on other wires near your gauges.......No extra parts needed.....
I am in the process now of putting on WO575 on my limited. I didn't need any extensions for the TBW or grips. However, I do need 12" extensions for both the right and left bundles. I have ordered a +4 clutch and +2 upper brake to go with the setup. From the reading I have done this sounds like the correct way to do it. Hope this info helps.
Thanks for the reply. Is the left heated grip glued on? If so, how did you remove it?

just a thought...while you are going to tear it down to put on new bars...make sure you mount the ones you want.
I ordered 5 different bars from Dennis Kirk and J&P to try on my '09 SG . Both have no hastle return policy..no restocking fees. It cost me an extra $20 in return shipping but it was worth it....where can you go and sit on 5 bikes set up with different bars
I found that some fit me better than others. I ended up going with the HD, but my friend with 08 ultra decided to go with W1 575s and and my cheapo buddy with a 10 SG went with Khrome Werks Sweepers.
