Default Unusual Electrical Problem

I have an '09 Electra Glide and I am getting these intermittent electrical shorts. While I'm riding my speedometer/odometer, radio volume and cruise control will all stop working. However, the bike still runs, I have all lighting and brake lights and the GPS still works. Then all of sudden everything starts working again. I have checked the fuses and they all seem to be fine. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Battery terminal could be a little loose, my radio was going in and out and that fixed the problem.

It is possible it could be THIS. Even if it doesn't fix it, it will not hurt to apply the dielectric grease to the connection anyway, it is a good precaution.
