Fuel management advice

Hello all, I have done extensive reading on the subject and almost purchased a PCIII but then talked to a fellow rider who had a roadking and was running techlusion TFI. I have a 2003 Roadking classic with original SE pipes (not SE II pipes but none street legal SE's) and SE A/C and download which I'm not really sure even if HD really did anything as it runs way to hot on moderate day and pops and farts on decel. The issue im having is do I put the TFI on just to cool her down or do I spend the extra and get the TTS Mastertune (in honesty intimidates me a bit) as I only have a stage 1 and have now plans at this time to do any further mods. I not a power hog just want it to run whats best for motor and get it cooler.. I know about the gas mileage loss but as long as bike is happy im happy..
is TTS over kill since i wont do more than stage one or does the bike need more than fuel (TFI) .. I want to do what is best for my motor but not more than i really need.

If you do a little search, you will find that a vast majority of people in this forum have bought from FuelMoto (site sponsor). Call them up and tell them what you are thinking. If I were in your shoes (again...) I'd do just that. At this point, I'd vote for the PowerCommander. Lot of bang for the buck.

I run the Techlusion (Dobeck Performance) TFI & am very pleased w/the ease & functionality. Adjustments are similar to carb, but they do have the newer GEN3 EJK that has +/- settings vs. pots. Also, they have great military & public service discounts, if you apply...
