Boogaldude is on top of things; I overlooked those heads in my previous post. They showed up in the 2011 SE Performance catalog as 16500013 for $799. That PN doesn't produce any results on Zanotti's but 16500013A does but Zanotti's price is $848; doesn't make any sense. Doesn't matter if the dealer is paying for them; good way to go. I don't believe they come machined for ACRs. I would also have the dealer install them with a .030" head gasket to optimize the compression for those cams. Cam lift is limited to .585", so you are OK with the 555 cams.
The original heads have been superceded by the "A" part number, and the price was increased by 200 bucks. Both the earlier set and the "a" set are machined to accept ACRs.
well after much needed thought gona go with the 110 plus heads and pistons to bump up compression to 10.5 to 1
You've gotten some good advice here, but the decision is up to you in the end. I'd be surprised if you will be happy with those heads unless the pistons have a big dome on them. Large combustion chamber volume, oversize intake valve (can lose intake air velocity if they get too big), etc. Be sure and let us know how it comes out.
well i spent some time on the phone with bob woods and he recommended this set up.We'll see how it works if not i can always add juggs and pistons to make it into 107
depending onh which heads u grab u may have to change the pistions. your flat top pistons wont work with mva heads not sure about 110+ heads. get pistion number for the 110 screaming eagle and see if they have flat tops. I had to change my pistions when I got my mva heads. and it certainly needs the decompression releases , i have 10.5:1 pistons to macthc my heads

Nothing wrong with that combination but a bit of flow overkill for the cams, IMHO. If you were running higer lift, longer duration cams and a big TB, a good fit. However, for a mild street motor that wants strong mid range performance, not so much. JMHO.
well ill find out next week when they come in see if i like it or not ? if not better to sell 110 head then to sell stock heads gonna get more money for them .also found out what happened to head...i guess there was oil in bolt threads and when they torqued rocker covers down oil didnt compress...huh who would have thought ?haha !! oh well they are making it right
