Well, I don't have a 110" upgrade but I do have a CVO 110" in my Road King.

I can tell you it is a hell of a faster and alot more torque then my 88 in the Street Glide.

I don't have dyno numbers yet because I need to break it in before it goes to the tuner. HD claims at least 115 ft/lb of torque out of the CVO 110".

I plan on having it dyno'd after I do a A/C, PCIII, and pipes over the winter.

Seat of the pants is pretty damn impressive.

If you are willing to spend that kind of money then i have a artical on a guy that builds a 113" motor with your cases and gets around 144 hp from it its in the "tuner" american iron that I have for around $4800 or you could do a hemi-designs 95" you can find them on the web and they have 3 top ends to pick from and claim to get a lot of power from them. I will look for the # for the guy in the artical if you would like its at my office.

Yeah, it's a North thing. Progressive Insurance. Goes into suspension 12/1 - 3/1 for winter to save money. I also do the same on my Z3 convertible.

I do save some, especially on my car. The bike insurance is not that much.

Since there is salt/sand on the roads here in NH in the winter, I really have no desire to ride during those months anyway. Since the bike is sitting in the garage, it makes sense to do this, at least to me.

So, any word back yet? Any results?

My new RKC just came in. I should close on it by Friday. I will ride it for a week, then bring the bike back for my 110 kit installation. Also going with V&H True Duals - not sure yet if I want ovals or the big shots. Any sound diffs or feedback between the 2?

My 110 kit install is quoted at 15 hours of labor plus the kit. When discounted, approx. $3600 installed. Plus the race tuner.

Just got my '07 RKC back with 110 kit, Rinehart TD and SERT.

AWESOME power! I was grinning ear to ear! The sound is phenomenal!

Will dyno after 1k miles of break-in. Until then, i have a "canned" map which runs pretty well so far.

For what ever it is worth I purchased a new 2004 Road King Custom and had the 95 Big bore Kit installed before I took delivery. Here is exactly what it included. SE Stage 1 with K&N airfilter, SE 203 cam, 95 CI jugs, SE High Performance Heads, SE Race Tuner Kit and Samson Rolled Oval Slipon Mufflers. The work was done by Eagle Harley Davidson in Lafayette, IN. They are noted for their engine modifications and setup. After a 1,000 miles the bike was dyno tuned. The results were 92 HP and 97 LBS of torq.

I now have 19,000 miles on it and it still performs as it the day I got it. It was set up for touring with the 203 cam and I can roll around any big truck on the highway without down shifting. Thisbike rocks!

With the exception of the mild 95" builds, the HD builds are not cost effective IMHO. If you want to go big, go BIG! Sell that 88" and get a 124".

Now if your interested in a great rideable and cost effective build go 95" or 98" with one of the proven packages. Do you really think you can tell the difference between 105 ft/lbs of torque at 3500 rpm and 110 ft/lbs. ??? How often are you at WOT now?
