Angry Electrical problem kicking my butt

I need some serious help here, I have a 2003 Roadking that when started only runs on rear cylinder. I took it to the closest HD shop and after two weeks of nothing they told me I have an electrical problem and it will be several more days before they can dedicate a tech to work on it (last time I set foot in Eagles nest Harley Lathrop CA) i have replaced the coil, Crank Position sensor, the plugs and plug wires, and swapped out the ECM and security TSSM modules with spares. still no improvement, I have a code reader but every time I plug into it it gives me a trans must be in neutral code, it is. I have been unplugging systems one at a time while watching the code reader with no changes.
I have taken it to the local indy shop but he is swamped and won't be able to look at it until Tuesday, other local Harley shop Mitchell's Modesto Harley is swamped and can't get me in for a week and a half, although they did hook their code reader into it and gave me some suggestion with it definitely being a electrical problem.
Any tech's out their have any suggestions.

isn't the coil a single fire unit? if so, then it should be firing both cylinders all the time. i know they used to be, but don't know if they have changed or not.

what happens if you run the rear plug wire to the front cylinder? does it then only run on the front cylinder? or does it continue to run on the rear?

have you tried running a compression check?

Do you have spark in the front? Is your injectors delivering fuel to the front? This may not be electrical at all.

I thought a single fire means it only fires on the compression stroke?

remove the plug see if it is wet with fuel; see if you have spark {do not hold plug with your hand when checking for spark} check electrical plug connections bent, loose or corroded pins broken wire. electrical problems are hard to pin point at times and could take hours. good luck and let us know what happens

yeah, i had that backwards, i was in a hurry when i typed it up. it's a dual spark system, which results in a wasted spark. its firing on both cylinders at the same time, even though only one is on the compression stroke.

thanks for catching that for me.

No juice to the front plug, I have installed new plugs and wires and have used a timing light to detect spark at the rear plug and nothing at the front, even put voltage tester on the wires going to the coil, three wire input (carburated) center wire is voltage to coil left is to fire front right is for rear cylinder, no input to coil to tell it to spark.

Harley still using a dual spark set up? I thought that went away a while back. I know my evo was, but I didn't think my 2001 TC is.

i wasn't sure if they were or not. i know my 2002 sportster is, but i never checked on the 07 or 2010.... it was just a guess. and totally irrelevant as the op has determined that there is no spark to the front, but spark to the rear.
