To lube the Jiffy,I lift the bike on a jack. Then I apply some grease with an acid brush.I place grease all around the inside of the housing by moving the stand to get the grease in there.Wipe off the excess.
To lube the clutch cable,I remove the clutch handle and cable from the housing so I can hold the cable vertical.then I wrap some masking tap around the cable end to make a funnel.I then spray some Motion Pro cable lube into the funnel a few times letting the lube drip down into the cable.
I disassemble My Jiffy stand, while the bike is on a lift. Clean and grease it and Reassemble.(30min.max). I disconnect My clutch cable, cut a corner off a zip-lock bag,put the cable in and seal with a rubber band. Fill with a few ounces of lube and gently squeeze until all the lube goes into the cable.
