Default Another damn electrical problem

2003 Ultra Classic. Ive had the fairing off to do a trike conversion. The conversion also included raking the triple trees. Ive put everything together and now the fuel pump doesnt come on, theres no radio power and the starter wont do anything. Ive checked all the fuses, connections and relays. Do you think it must be in the run/stop and start button housing? I had those opened up but only to release the master cylinder from the bars. I didnt do anything inside the housing. I also had the fairing completely off but it would be almost impossible to plug something back in wrong bacause the connections are all different and you really cant plug something in wrong. Any ideas on anything else to check?

I had the same thing happen once when I decieded to put dialetic grease on all my fuses and relays. One relay next to the the main fuse can be put in wrong, I just moved it up a notch and everything instantly worked ok.

I cant find the maxi fuse for the life of me but I assume if it were blown, the lights ect would not work and it appears there is not a relay for the starter. On the fuse panel it has a slot for a starter relay but it says Road King only as if any other bike would not have a starter relay.
