Tour the lower 48 states for an entire year Zig Zag style, wherever the weather, roads, and attractions take me. Two lanes all the way, only ma and pop restraunts, and see all the oddities that are possible in 365 days. Avoiding Major Cities.
Mine would be to ride the dragon and then down to Key West. Would also very much like to ride the original rte. 66 from beginning to end.
want to take old 66 ( the real road as much as possible) from Chicago to California, no time limit stop and see anything I wanted, find my uncles gas station on the edge of the desert if it still exists. then travel pch till I hit Washington , and explore my way back home.

there's an outfit that offers up this ride with a time limit , and ya pay for it , but ya dont have to return to you starting point , and you can ride it in any order ..
But my plan is to do a complete circumnavigation of the lower 48
leaving here , ride west to San Ysidro Ca , then up the PCH to Blaine Wa , then follow the border east to Madawaska Me , then south along the eastern seaboard to Key West , then back up the west coast of Fl to home again ..
another route has me leaving Blaine and crossing into Canada , back to Alaska and the Arctic Circle , then east to Me ..
Already rode all 50 , so that a done deal ..
Long as I can ride , there will be somewhere to go
To finish all 50 states and the Canadian Provence's with a few Territories thrown in by the end of next season. Plan B by the end of the next two season's.
Last item on my bucket list. Buy a new Harley each year and keep all of them.
Riding from Eastern Washington to see the Redwoods in California, South of Crescent City. Doing this with my buddy from high school, will get to turn 51 on this week's ride. My first road trip of longer than a day ride of 300 miles.
So, i count this as my first bucket list ride adventure. Wild Hogs! LOL
Nice that I get a new Road King to do this on.
Hoka Hey, Coast to coast, Banff National Park, to the tip of South America.....I imagine that as I do some others will come up, it's not the kind of list that ends.
