older evo tour pack setup

older evo tour pack setup
Hi guys, I have an 89 flhtp and I'm looking to install a license plate hoop bar , quick release on the tour pack and quick disconnect docking hardware.
I previously had this in evo forum.
So looking for some input from the evo tour bikes , specificly from early flht or flhtp from 85 - 92, was informed that in 93 there was a change to the rear of the frame where the tubes for the tour pack mount slip into as instead of there being round tubes they changed to crimped style.
I already got quite a bit of help ( info ) from others but ChopperNeil had a 95 Road King ( thanks Neil ) Neil used the 97 up parts for his quick release setup but as I said mine is a 89 flhtp and although I'm pretty sure the rear on my bike is the same or pretty darn close I'd like to hear from any dudes that own the older evo's that have fitted the license plate hoop bar , quick release on the tour pack and quick disconnect docking hardware. The parts the Neil used are:
rear hoop is 47440-92 older ( no longer available ) and newer is the newer one is 53376-97
parts Tour pak - 53276-04
Rear docking kit - 53804-06
