Suspension Technologies Shocks - Anyone Have Any Experience?
In looking around for potential upgrades to my stock rear suspension I ran across F-series shocks from Suspension Technologies. From what I was able to read and gather they appear to be well made by a small company that has some good credentials. Nothing beats seat-of-pants experience though, so I thought I would ask here. I searched but only found a couple of threads with not much info and that were pretty dated.
And yes, I know about the Progressive and Ohlins options, but there are excellent deals to be had on the ST shocks well below their retail which would save a ton of coin, so I would like to consider them if its feasable.
I have been wondering this very exact question. I first seen them on e-bay at very good prices but have not found out that much about them.
From what I've been able to gather the principal in the company came from development of suspensions for Detroit and also has a racing background. It may be a case of being the first to take the plunge and seeing how it works. Fortunately the price is low enough to not make that so bad.
Still hoping someone here has had experience with them or has heard of someone who has.
