Dog155,
I'm running a low-comp 103" in my Ultra Classic and my Roadking is a high-comp 95" right at 108hp on my last dyno session, but those charts are giving me a hardon!
I have enjoyed reading all your posts, even the brow beatings. That's what makes the world revolve. All the pictures of your bikes are great! I would still be proud to be around any of you boys. What is a t rex hardchrome clamp, where can I look at one? This 155" needs 2 1/2" ID mufflers,so I am going to use Burns Stainless,Ultralites and their flat clamps.I have seen and heard a lot in my 40+ hanging on to those bars.Always remember! It's me that this new Hot Rod has to please, and trust me,it will never grenade, these R&R boys have their ACT TOGETHER.If I ever figure out how to post pictures, you will begin to see why I have so much confidence in those NH boys.My pictures have too much info, and I cannot figure out how to make them smaller.Us old boys just do not have the basic computer knowledge to untangle all this.
I have to agree R&R is an great company with an excellant reputation. I did a tour of their operation and it is incredible. Alot of the local dealers send their heads to them as well to be flowed
Hey BountyHunter, your ride is sure an eyefull, those pipes look great, you have a real standout machine. In my years, starting out in the 60's with an old 80" flathead,2 dozen or more of everthing Harley ever built, nothing ever really tripped my trigger as far as performance.Heck I even tried out a lot of the quickest non Harleys. So my need for acceleration, being an avid drag racer, had to progress into big inch machines.I tried 30 yrs ago to put together a big motor,Then, all you could cobble together were grenades.Today you can build up to a 260 ci,300 hp BEAST.Anyway, this new build makes me feel like a kid again, and that is the bottom line.I do not give hoot about going top end,for me it is all about acceleration and making one heck of a sweet sound doing it.Respectfully, Dog

Dog ~ download this free tool. You can open your pics with it and then, "save as.... jpg". hten you can use the slide bar to reduce the size of the image (file size) so you can post them here...
Hey Mike, looking forward to some pics of the 155" project in progress. When it's done, how about somethin' with the front wheel off the ground and a little smoke in the back!
BountyHunter,Next spring,I will give you some smoke, cannot promise the front wheel will be off the ground.I will say this, most of the bikes weight will be biased toward the rear tire.By then,I should have figured out how to downsize my pictures. As it is now I sit in front of this screen a long time, with Emails,Tractors, and now HD Forums. You know the drill.Dog
I hate to admit it But,I guess someone is going to have to hold my hand on trying to figure out how to post a picture.I just cannot seem to my pictures small enough to post.My bike pic is 45.5 KB
hey dog, my buddy I ride with has a 124" in his eglide with nitrous, it is awsome. he also has a 190" R&R in a drag bike he just built this yr and on its first run out ran in the 9 sec range. looking forward to some pic's
