Did the 11 have an oil cooler? I know the touring bikes on the 12 do. Not sure about the softtails with the 103 and I know the 103 Dynas do NOT have the cooler.

Yes, the 2011 factory 103 optioned bikes have oil coolers.

Just bought my 1"st harley. 2011 Street Glide with 103 power pack engine and the dealer told me the engine is the same. The diff. is the 2012 is standard.

And the 103 police bikes have different oil coolers than civilian 103s. Mine 2010 FLHTP oil cooler is 7 plate cooler versus stock. The additional plate area is between the inlet and outlet which is filled instead of having the inlet and outlet above the top plate.
