Default Stator Question

My 99 FLHRCI stator bit the dust the other day. Originally I believe that it has the 38 amp stator. Most of the replacements are 45 amp. Do I need to replace the rotor also, and should I replace the main circuit breaker and upgrade to the 50 amp. Reason I am asking is because of these service bulletins and recalls.

up grade the stator, I believe the "kit" come with rotor and regulator- they did on the evo kit I put on last year.

DO NOT use impact tools on your compensating sprocket, they can dislodge the magnets on the rotor, destrying the stator.

Upgrade your breaker as well.
