Long as MoCo keeps sizing bikes for folks that are 5'8" and 160lbs then this thread won't ever die! Get the seating position right and ya gotta change the bars, guess it won't end until the wallet is empty and the plastic drys up and crumbles away 
Guilty of dredging up similar threads myself, need 2" up and 2" back here, looking at the WO575's or HD pullback version(s).

Mine are the backs I am a Big guy I love em worked with stock cables just had to add mirrriors
fireman jeff .. appreciate your pics .. yours are ergo "backs" ? ... im trying to tell the diff. between ups and backs .. im 6'3 .. definitely like the height of yours and the straight wrist position.. either would probably work.... but im thinkin the ups might be best for me.... do you still like yours ?
