SG Boards Insert Removal
What's the best way to remove the floorboard inserts without damaging the rubber "****".
Going with the boards that are 1" closer to the front of the bike.

squeeze them from underneath and force em back through the hole. Done it many times, even using pliers and/or a flat blade screwdriver to squeeze them thru. Never damaged any of them. They are pretty tough. Just use common sense.

Yeah and use some liquid soap on them to make them slick.

KY Jelly works well, too, and doesn't dry out like water & liquid soap... Just sayin'
