I cant believe this company will not stand behind their products. I bought a rear turn signal light bar (#2098) and one of the lenses fell off while riding. I have been in contact with them directly, and they will not replace the lens. I ended up having to buy a set of lenses, I guess I will have a spare if there junk product fails again.
It is such a shame, I have always liked the Kuryakyn product line, and thought they were a stand up company that would stand behind the products. I guess with this day and age and the climate of the economy, companies would rather save a few dollars rather than keeping a long time customer like myself happy. I will stay away from their products, and find another brand to be loyal to.

The lense fell off while you were riding, are you sure it was secure, btw I don't know too many companies that would replace it.
I should have posted, that it fit in the housing loosely since I bought it. I was in contact with them since day 1. I escalated this since the lens bezel fell out.
I went out and bought a new set and they fit in there nice and tight, as they should. there was something wrong with the lost lens from day 1. All I wanted was for them to replace the defective lens bezel before something like this happened.

Ok, now the story has a whole new meaning, and I agree with you, they should have replaced it, or had you send the whole set back for a new set. Sorry for the misunderstanding earlier.
any time something failed on kury products that i have bought they were quick to replace my parts. for example my front LED turn signal went out and they sent me a new one no questions asked and this was last year.
I was at Bike week in Daytona this year at the Kuryakyn Display at Destination chatting with one of the reps. I said I had a piece of trim fell off of my Cosair air intake system. He said hold on, came back a few minutes later with a new piece No Charge.
Worked for me, what more can I say.
