here is my last bit of checking....I have requested my dealer to send me a copy of his contract to verify CNA insurance and addresses. I hate to say this but BBB on this company is not great although they are mostly auto issues.
This is a Harley issue and money. Funny how Honda, TOyota offer Factory extended warranties and Harley wont touch it. Too many mods done to bikes by owners I would guess could be most of reason.
Thanks to all I will inform you guys if I see any difference in paper work.
WTF? I just paid $1277.00 for a one year ESP. Is it because the bike is used or did I just get hosed?
2006 Street Glide 14k miles
I'de say you got hosed. I just looked at mine & it was actually $1600 for 5 years with tire & wheel for 5 full years from the time of purchase which was August of 2011. I bought used too with 3500 miles. I just got over $2500 worth of repairs covered by my ESP & got my bike back last Saturday.
Still on the fence about buying the 3 year H-D ESP for my bike, but what turns me off right now is that the first two years of ESP rides along the factory 24 month warranty so you really are getting only the 3rd year. No one at my dealership can explain, it would make sense if the ESP started after the factory 2 year ended giving you a total of 5 years with a $50 deductable.
