Yes use stabil or whichever brand you want but make sure it's run through at least your last tank of gas. Not just dumped in the tank.
It needs to be in the fuel throughout the entire fuel system during storage.
I also recommend not leaving the tires in contact with cement for an extended period of time.
and a battery tender.
