I installed one rode for 20 minutes, took it back off buffeting much worse. I'm running 7" ultra flip

My bike didn't have the holes to begin with, just three dimples. I made the dealership drill and tap the holes and install the air baffle, it was all done under warranty.

I just put the bolts in first, to clean the threads a bit. Then reinstalled them with the baffle in place. Some of that left in there will help keep them from backing out too.
