Is this the right one and is it a pain to put on? One post says it mounts on the bottom of the upper fork tree. I am having trouble understanding that. I have an 07 SG.
yes that is the fork baffle,pain to put on?? if you can pop out the three plastic plugs covering the threaded holes,and screw them on........ I'd say it's not a pain to install. took me about 5 minutes and that was because i sat down to drink my beer before it got warm,or knocked over mines been on for 2 yrs now,i dont take it off during the summer,i've noticed no difference in being to hot
I leave mine on in the summer. It really keep the wind from kicking up. It get hot here in North Carolina in the summer and I have had not problems with the bike as a result.
