Couldn't agree more since that is exactly what I use, but the "motorcycle wheel adaptor #42927" isn't available any longer. Makes the used ones fairly valuable........

Fort Thunder in Moore Ok. quoted me 100.00 to mount and balance my tire with my wheel off of the bike. Sounds tike a good time to invest in some tire equipment.

My indy charges 20 bucks to remove the old tire install the new and balance. Not worth me messing with it.

Go to your local junk yard and get a 14" steel wheel. Turn it upside down and set your tire and wheel assembly on it.This will allow you to work on your wheel even with the rotor attached. You can line the edge of the 14 wheel with some duct tape for protection so your motorcycle rim doesn't get damaged.. I also use a 3/4 threaded rod through the middle of the rims with some large washers to hold everything down to a handy table lift top. This system works very well.

"I use a 20 dollar bill. Hand it to the tech, and problem solved."
Yep sounds good to me too.
