I've got mine torn down now, installed the Andrews G37' w/ S&S gear drive setup, the 98" pistons and jugs came with the kit I got from Revolution Performance and will go on next week.. After that I just need to wait for my heads to be shipped back. I'll be running 9.75 CR also. Didn't want to deal with compresson release ect. While I'm waiting guess I'll drive up and pick up the Thunder Max and auto tune, Zippers is just a half hour away from me. Nicest bunch of guys you ever want to meet.

Fandango6ask pete if he has any of the refurb's left over a $100.00 off and has the same warranty, only the Thundermax part is refurbed, auto tune and 02's are new, I thinkthey're converting the single 02 's over to the new dual 02's type.

They never had the single o2 units. What your thinking about is the Terry units that were out awhile ago. Zippers was going from a gen l unit to a gen ll unit. Basicly the same unit but one is a self contained module, were the others 2 seperate units that hook together.

i met the mfrs. at daytona and spend a few minutes talking with them.
they agreed to install their unit on my 07 street glide .
but, after much reading i decided to wait a while given the newness of the 07's. and stick with the pc3 for a few more months .
but , will probably move to thunder max sooner than later

Just added Thunder Max at bike week. The bike has never run this well. I had just been to the tuner and switched from the SERT to the PC111. Still was sputtering after start up. Decided to try Thundermax. The bike starts perfectly and runs great!!! really pleased with this product and the service and attention I recieved!!!!

Guys, Here's a 34 page thread (right now)on Zippers ThunderMax w/ Autotune.http://www.*****************/forums/sh...ad.php?t=93157
1 guy had problems with his Thundermax but he was trying to upgrade his M&M to Delphi this is the ONLY negative comment I can find. But his is a unique situation.

Just got through doing our tax return once Uncle Sam pays us I will have a Thundermax onorder....Only problem I am having is finding someone to install theO2 bungson the pipes.....Good Ole' East Tennessee

Uncle Sam PAYS you? What the hell am I doing wrong?

John from Zippers actually called me as I was reading this thread...spooky. They (Zippers) were crediting back my credit card for the thundermax I sent back (it arrived after I got home from Daytona).

I met the Zippers crew at Destination Daytona and when I told them how long I had been waiting for my TM unit to ship they hooked me up "on the spot". It was already dark and their tent was closed when I ran into them, but they went out of there way to send me home with "the goods".

I can't say enough about their customer service.

Anyway, about an hour of my time the next day and my bike runs like it's supposed too.

For anyone contemplating the Thundermax w/autotune on an '07 Ultra with the Fullsac true dual conversion; dont worry, it fits without any 02 sensor interference.
