I liek to turn the volume up just enough to understand the music over the sound of the bike etc. Also not being in an enclosed enviroment means you do not get the full volume of the stereo like you do in a car or pickup. This means having to run more volume just to understand the tunes or the music. Otherwise it is just noise. For me it gets a little worse since I have slight hearing loss due to years of operating airtools, hunting and my younger days of excessivly loud stereos and concerts. So I need just a little extra volume just to understand the music enough to enjoy it over the constant buzzing and ringing in my ears. What this means in my town is getting pulled over because they can hear my stereo more then 50ft behind me.

I don't have an amp, just the stock deck with a slight speaker upgrade. I can not run my stereo in town without getting a ticket, so I don't spend much time running around town or I have my thumb on the volume control constantly. Last time I was getting written up for my stereo, I was sitting there and you could hear some extremely loud mexican music coming down the street. There was a car coming our way from more then two blocks away. Yeap two blocks and it was hella loud. As the car rolled by the doors were litterally vibrating on the car. Leo did not even give the car a glance muchless a second look to get plate numbers or anything. Punks come down my street at 10:00 pm or later rattling my windows in my house and waking the kid up. Nothing seems to happen too them. My neighbor will sit in his car with the stereo cranked up all the time, I call the cops and nothing happens. But if my dog is outside and barks twice the cops are knocking at my damned door. Nothing is said about the kids that are on the street agravating the dog by barking at him and throwing **** at him to make him bark. I can't give my dog outside acess during the day when we are at work anymore. Have to leave him to **** on the floor in the garage. I have a kenal cage off the walk in door so that he can go in and out as he pleases but I have to keep the door shut all the time.

My town sucks!
