I'm now leaning more towards a connection issue with your ecm cable and PC III. Pull them apart and look for bent pins on the connectors. If not re-assemble with plenty of dielectric grease. Pins can be bent really easily while wrestling around with the cabling under the seat and trying to put the connnectors together.

Today, I got the chance to check for more possible problems, including the ones you listed (frontier cat). No pins broken or bent. PC and cables are tight and connected. Also checked the muffler to make sure nothing was in it. You never know, right?

Tomorrow, the bike goes in for the dyno-tune. Hopefully, they don't find out it was something else and end up charging me eight times as much!

I'll let ya'll know!
