I have a problem with the electrical system. I turn the switch and nothing happen, battery check and fuse look ok. Where is all the master fuser and breaker to check? I look and my manuel the only sugest to see the dealer.
If you plan on doing your own maintenance get yourself a factory service manual. All that sort of stuff is in there. I don't own a bike like yours, but hopefully someone will be along soon who can answer your question! I would look under the side covers....
some of the earlier electrglides have the ignition switch fail ( contacts arc and burn up) especially if extra watt lighting is used up front.
that model also has a "tip-over" switch mounted on a bracket which can break and cause the motor to stop- but even so the lights, horn etc. will still work.
there is a master breaker, I think under you seat ( I don't have a diagram for the 99) or under the left side cover.
If you can use a test light, you can trace IF power is getting to the ignition switch, or if the breaker is good.
are you sure battery is fully charged? if you put a meter and it says 12 volts--- then you turn the switch and the voltage drops- it means that the battery is discharged.
if you have some electrical knowledge you can do this, but if you are not sure, hiring someone with experience can save you the time and money of "throwing" un-needed parts at the bike hoping it'll work.
