battery voltage 06 electra glide
Hey everyone,
What is the voltage supposed to be on an 06 electra glide when it is cold?try ing to figure out if I have a battery that is dying.

close to 12 volts unless near freezing temps.
if you can, put it on a battery charger overnight ( not a trickle charger), then to an autozone or other shop that load tests for free.
sometimes problems are a loose connection or corroded cable, make sure it is all tight and clean

take the battery out of the bike and fully charge it. once fully charge....let it sit for 12 hrs....then ...using a ditigal multimeter...measure your static voltage...find that voltage on the below chart....you will get your batter state of charge. the older the battery...low lower the state of charge will be...replace the battery if you get less than 12.36 volts.
