Hello, I have 2009 electra glide that has a front end wobble when you let go of the handlebars at 25 to 30 mph.The tires are in good shape and inflated.I noticed tonight with my wife (130 lbs.) the wobble all but goes away. Does this sound like neck bearing loose? Thanks in advance

Sounds to me like you should'nt let go of the handle bars.
Mine gets a small slowspeed wooble only when fully loaded with camping gear (more like overloaded) and 2up
Other than that it's very stable.
I have my neck bearings set on the loose side but no slack that I can feel.
Put the bike on a jack, grab the front tire, push and pull and feel for slack in the neck bearings.
Then check preload on bearings, turn bars all the way and let it go, should not swing more than 2 1/2 to 3 times.
I have a 2009 FLHTC as well. At the beginning of August I had a new front tire mounted. The shop mentioned how he dislikes these wheels (stock cast) because there isn't a good surface to put the wheel weights. A week later, I was getting ready for a trip and noticed a few of the weights had come off. The shop replaced the missing weights. Last week, I noticed the same thing you describe: wobble at low speed. I looked and sure enough two of the 0.25oz weights were gone again. I replaced them and the wobble is gone.
