Default Plate holes - ideas?

I relocated my plate to below the light bar, now I have 3 holes where the bracket was. On my Heritage, I had a custom steal your face medallion made, but I'm not sure I want to go that route again.

Right now I put the three bolts back with black neoprene washers, but I'm not thrilled with the look, and the washers have squished, which is fine, but not ideal.

I've seen the ones from Kury and Top Down, they underwhelm me.

I need ideas, has anyone done something creative? Got pics?

Here's how it looks now

Harley makes some rubber plugs to fill similar holes in other models. PN10228 is the rubber plug that fills a hole in the FXST rear fender that can be used for the luggage rack installation; same plug is used to fill three holes on the FXSTD rear fender, also for luggage rack mounting. The plugs are black neoprene and low profile; you can see them but they woul look much better than the bolts. I don't know what size your license plate holes are but would bet a six pack the 10228 plug would work. I can measure the diameter of the hole in my FXSTD so you can compare, let me know.

some guys just use a decal (preferably vinyl). Maybe something that represents a hobby, opinion, or something like that.
