I found a deal on battery tender jr. at http://www.jafrum.com . I needed 5 and they were
$19.00 each and the shipping was $8.00 for all five. I ordered on Thursday and they were here on Saturday.
They are good units but I prefer the Battery Minder Plus, because the pulsing action disulfide's the battery as well as keeping the charge up. BT makes a similar model, I found the BM a little less money comparably

A battery tender.....we ride year round down here so that's one device I can live without (although I have a Schumacher). I usually use it on my hurricane generator....something you guys up north don't have to worry about! Guess we all have our blessings and our demons.
This one is US made and a 5 year warranty. First new battery in thirty years to last 10 years on this unit. Not sure but I think the battery finally going took the charger with it. $19.99 and no shipping if you live near a store.

Joe, exactly what bike is in your avatar? I want those tank decals for my Limited. (Sorry, should have been a PM.)
Both tenders are made in China and work fine as long as they received enough heat transfer compound during their assembly. I keep the yellow one on the Harley...
