Personally have never had issues with PM. Always take care of any issues which are rarely there. Yaffe on the other hand will take care of you, but take there sweet time about it. Seems the art of customer service has been lost by alot of the larger companies. A shame when thats usually what got them going in the beginning. Good luck with your problem.

and yet not a peep on my issue I asked about 7 post back
In the interest of fairness, I thought I would let everyone know, On the 28TH of October I received replacement parts from P.M. They did stand behind the parts.
That being said...
Be aware, this is not a customer service friendly company. I was made to jump through many hoops to get replacements even though they had looked at the pictures and agreed there was a problem. At one point I was told "Sorry, but we just can't trust that the defective parts will be sent back to us". After being told that, the offer was, "As soon as we receive a tracking number for the defective parts shipment back to us, we will ship replacement parts".
If I'm not trustworthy enough to send the parts back, what's to keep me from putting 6 pounds of rocks in a box and sending them a tracking number? No common sense.
After all this, on the 27TH the parts arrived, and the grips were the wrong part number. So after making me jump through all these hoops, it was, sorry we'll send you parts UPS Next Day Air. So now it's OK to send parts out without first receiving the wrong parts back? Again, no common sense.
Contradiction after contradiction.
To be honest, my official job title is Tech. - C.S. Lead, for a manufacture that's been in this industry (Aftermarket parts for the automotive and motorcycle market) for over 50 years. At one point I was told the only reason I was being offered the "deal" I was getting was because of this. My response was, "We don't treat our customers like this"
In closing let me say, I am in no way telling anybody not to buy P.M. parts. Love the look, and functionality of both the grips, and RSD airfilter. But be aware, if you have an issue, make sure you have all your i's dotted, and T's crossed and be prepared to put up with some hassles.
One more thing. Drew at DR. V-TWIN is a stand up guy. Have never purchased parts from him, he had no idea who I was, but went out of his way to help. I will be spending money with him in the future.
